The guarantee period extends to 24 months after date of purchase. Within this time defective watches will be repaired or replaced by an equivalent model in case a reparation is not possible, free of charge. If your watch is defective, please send it to the official Chronos Manufactures® Service Center.

To do so, please go to the service page of the corresponding brand website. The international guarantee does not cover the following:
- crystal
- strap
- damages resulting from an improper use (e.g. violent shocks, extreme temperatures or strong magnetic fields), handling by unauthorized individuals.

Should your watch require any spare parts or service which is not covered by the international guarantee, please contact the official service center at the corresponding brand website. You will receive an estimate of costs in written form for your approval and payment before any work is fulfilled.

Chronos Manufactures offers you the option to extend the manufacturer‘s warranty for your watch from 24 to 48 months. To use this option, you must first register your watch within the regular warranty period. To do this, please fill out the warranty form at https://rma.chronos-manufactures.ch/garantie/ or scan the QR code on the enclosed warranty card. You will then be asked to upload your invoice. After successful registration, you will receive a certificate by e-mail for your records.

Towards the end of the guarantee period, you will receive an e-mail from us asking you to send in your Chronos Manufactures watch for an inspection, for which a charge is payable. In the course of this revision, our watchmakers will check whether your watch is in perfect working order and will fix any defects and flaws. After the inspection, you will receive a new guarantee for your watch, which will be valid for another 24 months.
